Jesel’s engineers designed the Pro-Steel Rocker System to be the first aftermarket rocker for the 6.7 Powerstroke. These rockers can handle up to 3000hp, and they are built to last through 24-hour endurance races. As a result, they provide unmatched strength and stability. This ensures reliable performance even under extreme conditions.

Strong and Durable Construction

CNC machining from 4340 forging produces precise components. The heat-treated bodies are coated to resist rust and corrosion. Compared to factory aluminum or other aftermarket parts, the steel design offers less deflection and higher moment of inertia. Consequently, this allows for more aggressive cam profiles and higher RPM power, which benefits performance enthusiasts.

Ideal for High-Pressure Engines

These rockers perform well in turbocharged, supercharged, or nitrous setups. They handle extreme cylinder pressures effectively. Their fatigue resistance makes them suitable for endurance racing, marine use, and daily driving. Therefore, they stand up to demanding conditions and heavy use.

Smooth Operation and Longevity

The needle bearing valve tip rollers and full needle shaft bearings with thrust washers reduce friction. This design ensures smooth movement throughout the lift cycle. Additionally, you can fit these rockers with tool steel cup or ball lash adjusters. This versatility makes them suitable for high-lift applications.

Important Note

Use the oil plug to block the factory spray bar. This directs more oil to the bearings, which improves lubrication and prolongs component life.
