Return Policy
At Sidepiece Motorsports, we stand behind the products we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
- Free of installation marks, damage, or modification
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical components (sensors, modules, injectors, solenoids)
- Custom or special-order parts
- Items marked as final sale
- Parts that have been installed or show signs of use
How to Initiate a Return Email us at sidepiecemotorsports@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
